Shipping and Returns

An order can only be delivered to one address. If you need to send orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days):

• With Royal Mail, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary, up to 7 working days. Please note, this shipping method is not available for Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands.
• With DHL, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary, up to 7 working days.

Express Delivery (1 - 3 working days):

Orders are typically delivered by the end of the second business day after they are shipped.

Your order will be dispatched after your credit/debit card has been approved and/or any other necessary verification checks have has been completed. To be dispatched on the same day, your order must be submitted and verified no later than 2:30pm from Monday to Friday. All other orders will be dispatched on the day that credit approval and/or other verification checks are completed, unless the order takes place after 2:30 pm, in which case the order will be dispatched on the following business day.

Deliveries to some remote addresses are made only by Express Delivery and may require up to 3 additional days.
